Sunil Pal - Controversy over misbehaviour

It is being alleged that on December 14, Pal and his wife Sarita barged into an apartment of their building Lido Towers in Santacruz, assaulted and threatened their neighbour’s domestic help over a trivial issue.

Pal and his wife have been booked by the Santacruz police for tresspassing (Section 452 of IPC), criminal intimidation (Section 506 of IPC) and causing insult to invoke breach of peace (Section 504 of IPC), besides assault (Section 323 of IPC). The case against Pal was registered following a complaint lodged by the domestic help Ranjan Shivshankar Panda, 23. A case of trespassing, intimidation and insult has been registered against the Pal couple and we are investigating the matter,” DCP Zone 9, K M M Prasanna told Mumbai Mirror.
