Saif, Kareena's Kurbaan Poster Runs into Controversy

Filmmaker Karan Johar's film Kurbaan has been gripped by controversy with Shiv Sena objecting to the movie's poster that flaunts actress Kareena Kapoor's bare back. Shiv Sena sent Kareena a saree, urging her to cover up. When Kareena was spotted at a promotional event for the film she chose not to speak on the subject.

Shiv Sena spoke out against the posters claiming that the pictures of Kareena Kapoor are nudes and hence obscene and offensive to Indian people. Shiv Sena spokesperson offered to send Kareena a Sari to cover up her naked back. In response to the sari comment Kareena retaliated by demanding a ‘Good One’.
