All Voices - Mumbai Terror Attcks, 26/11 main accused Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab is found guilty, according to judge ML Tahaliyani pronounced the verdict in the biggest terror trail witnessed in recent times. The two Indians, who were named as co-accused in the case, have been acquitted.

Kasab case : Prosecutor Nikam hero for Mumbaikars

On hearing the news about Ajmal Kasab, the Pakistani terrorist, had been given death sentence, Mumbaikars celebrated with sweets and crackers on Thursday.

For hundreds of families of those killed in 26/11 terror attack, their faith in the judiciary had been restored. In the centre of the jubilation was special public prosecutor Ujjawal Nikam, who had meticulously and logically argued with supportive evidence on how Kasab carried out his deadly mission of killing innocents. “Kasab’s only regret was that he could not kill more people,” Nikam told the judge, emphasising he deserved no humanitarian consideration given his fiendish and brutal behaviour.

Kasab hanged in reel life, film to be released on May 28

Pakistani gunman Ajmal Kasab, who was sent to gallows by a Mumbai court yesterday, also faces death in 'reel' life and is hanged. The Mumbai terror attack forms the backdrop of the film 'Ashok Chakra' which will be released on May 28. The promos of the film will be out this Sunday.

Pak court adjourns 26/11 trial till May 22

A Pakistani court conducting the trial of LeT's operations chief Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi and six other suspects in the Mumbai attack case adjourned proceedings till May 22 after the prosecution sought more time to gain access to Ajmal Kasab, sentenced to death by an Indian court.
