An Indian yoga guru set up stall on a tiny Scots island yesterday with "cures" for cancer and AIDS. Swami Ramdev denied he was taking advantage of the sick as he opened an international base on Little Cumbrae. When asked if he believed he could cure killer diseases, he replied in Hindi, then eventually said: "I never claim." But just yards away, members of his organisation were selling booklets with recipes for concoctions including wheatgrass juice to cure cancer.
