Aamir's Peepli Live Caught Song in Controversy

Controversy once again grip Aamir: The latest buzz in tinsel town is that controversy has once again gripped Aamir Khan. This seems to be a common thing with Aamir when he has a release round the corner. This time his much awaited film “Peepli Live” has been caught up in a controversy with respect to one of its songs which is alleged of being plagiarized. The song called “Chola Maati Ke Ram” composed by Gangaram Siwar of Chattisgarh.

The Times of India quoted Nageen Tanwir, the singer of the song in the film, as saying. “Many of these village musicians are financially deprived and you cannot blame them for trying to make the most of this opportunity,” he added.
