Bollywood actor Salman Khan, whose latest film ''Dabangg'' opened to full houses across the country, received flak from various quarters on Sunday for his comments on a Pak TV channel over 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
The actor reportedly told the channel that the 26/11 attacks were widely noticed only because two major hotels in Mumbai were targeted and it claimed the lives of influential people. “Attacks have happened on trains and small towns too, but no one talked about it so much,” he told the Express TV channel in an interview. He also reportedly said the Pakistani government was not to be blamed for the attacks. “Our security had failed. We have had lot of attacks earlier, and all of them were not from Pakistan,” he said.
Salman’s comments upset many, including Maharashtra Chief Minister, Ashok Chavan, who reacted angrily. “The attack was not only on Taj and Oberoi but also on the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus where common people killed,” he said.

New Delhi : Shah Rukh Khan has at last broken his mum. The Bollywood Badshah has come out with his version at last about the much-hyped tiff he had with co-actor Salman Khan.
The ‘fight’ occurred at Katrina Kaif’s birthday party, where an irate Salman Khan rubbed King Khan the wrong way, leading to an icy silence between them since. The incident divided the Mumbai film industry into two camps, with Shah Rukh and Salman supporters coming out to support their favourites.
It also put some actors in a fix, as taking the side of one spelled coldness to another. The cold war seems to have stretched longer, if Shah Rukh’s words are to be taken into account.

Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan were good friends and even acted opposite each other in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Salaam-e-Ishq .
But now reports are that all is not well between the two ever since Salman made demands to replace Priyanka with his girlfriend Katrina Kaif in London Dreams .After that things soured between Priyanka and Salman, recently things were just returning to cordial between the two of them.
But recently Sohail Khan offered Priyanka a role opposite himself in his co-production 'Mr. and Mrs. Khanna', but Priyanka refused.
A source claims "Sohail directly offered the part to Priyanka, but she refused it as she wanted to act opposite a bigger star."Moreover 'Mr. and Mrs. Khanna' also stars Salman and Lara Dutta , so if Priyanka is paired opposite Sohail, she will definitely be overshadowed.
